The Indian Bend Greenbelt is an oasis of parks, lakes, paths and golf courses traversing 11 miles through the heart of Scottsdale. This project transformed a serious flooding hazard into one of the Valley's top residential and recreational areas.
Mr. Johnson was one of the main developers and he had two projects along the wash: Scottspark Tennis Club and La Camarilla Racquet, Fitness & Swim Club. This world-renown flood control project is rated among the top urban "green spaces" in the nation. Additionally, it won an international engineering award.
